Terms of Service
The governing logic for use of the Xenfra Sovereign Infrastructure and RALPH_Engine autonomous services.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By initializing the Xenfra engine or deploying nodes, you're agreeing to our rules. If you don't like them, don't use the platform. It's a binding contract.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Licensee") and Xenfra Sovereign Systems ("Company", "We"). Access to the Xenfra infrastructure platform is conditional upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Initialization of any RALPH_Engine instance or Bifrost Bridge tunnel constitutes an "Active Handshake" and full legal acceptance of this protocol.
02 Service Description
We provide autonomous SRE tools. You own your data, but we provide the logic that keeps it running. We might update the software occasionally to keep things stable.
Xenfra provides an Autonomous Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) interface and infrastructure orchestration layer. Services include, but are not limited to, the RALPH_Engine (Autonomous Heuristics), Bifrost Tunneling (mTLS Mesh), and Sovereign Node Arbitrage.
We reserve the right to push mandatory logic updates (Hot-Fixes) to maintain the integrity of the Global Mesh without prior notice, provided such updates do not degrade system stability metrics.
03 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We promise high uptime. If we fail to meet these numbers, you get money back in the form of service credits. Technical issues must be reported within 30 days.
| Metric_ID | Commitment | Service_Credit |
|---|---|---|
| MESH_UPTIME_P0 | 99.99% Availability | 10% Credit |
| MESH_UPTIME_P1 | 99.9% Availability | 25% Credit |
| RALPH_HEAL_LATENCY | < 500ms MTT-Response | 5% Credit |
| TUNNEL_INTEGRITY | Zero Data Leakage Policy | 100% Credit |
04 Acceptable Use (Prohibited Actions)
Don't use Xenfra for illegal stuff. No hacking others, no spam, and no trying to break our engine. If you're a bad actor, we'll terminate your access instantly.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to decompile RALPH_Engine core logic or heuristic weights.
Infrastructure Attack
Using Xenfra nodes for DDoS, botnet hosting, or unauthorized scanning.
Content Violations
Storage or transmission of malware, viruses, or illegal encrypted payloads.
Credential Arbitrage
Reselling "Founder Edition" access or node seats without explicit mTLS authorization.
05 Payment Logic & Billing
You pay based on the tier you selected. We bill monthly. If your payment fails, the engine stops. No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime.
> EXECUTE payment_processor.v1
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription cycles are based on a 30-day epoch. Failure to process payment results in immediate "Safe-State" shutdown of all active nodes after a 48-hour grace period.
Xenfra reserves the right to modify pricing with a 30-day "Protocol Warning" sent via the registered admin terminal.
